Job summary

DuluxGroup Ltd. is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager to own a North Auckland territory (Northland, North and West Auckland).

This autonomous field-based role involves partnering with customers, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales across major retail and independent accounts. You will inherit a territory with significant potential and work to rebuild market share while strengthening customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Territory/Account management.
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ability to translate insights into actions and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key retail accounts across North Auckland.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to increase sales and market share.
• Use data and insights to drive category growth, promotions and commercial outcomes.
• Develop and execute territory plans that deliver sustainable business growth.
• Represent Yates in the field, partnering closely with customers to maximise performance.
