Job summary

Halter seeks a proactive Customer Experience professional to support farmers globally from our Auckland HQ. You’ll diagnose on-farm issues, work with data and AI tools, and educate customers while coordinating with field teams and product.

This role blends desk and on-farm work, with opportunities to grow into other teams as Halter scales. You’ll join a mission-driven company turning farming into a smarter, more sustainable operation.

Qualifications

• Curiosity about how animals, farms, technology, and people interact.

Responsibilities

• Talk with farmers to understand on-farm issues and help them get back on track quickly.
• Troubleshoot problems using data, tools, and AI insights to drive outcomes on farm.
• Visit farms when needed and collaborate with field, onboarding, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Take ownership from start to finish, keep farmers informed, and follow up to ensure no issues slip through.
