Job summary

Halter is seeking an exceptional Sales Engineer to join our Enterprise Sales team across New Zealand and Australia, acting as a trusted technical advisor to some of agriculture's most progressive organisations.

You’ll design enterprise solutions, lead product demonstrations, run solution workshops, and drive technical discovery through to implementation planning, while coordinating with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to scale deployments across dozens of farms.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, implementation consulting or a similar customer-facing technical role.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Discovery & Solution Design: understand customer farming systems and design technical solutions.
• Technical Leadership: lead demonstrations, workshops, and discovery sessions for enterprise engagements.
• Customer Problem Solving: address complex operational challenges with practical solutions across stakeholders.
• Product & Customer Feedback: bridge between customers and Halter's Product & Engineering teams to identify needs.
• Cross-functional Execution: align with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success and Engineering for successful roll-outs.
• Build What's Next: contribute to playbooks and internal capability as Halter scales globally.
