Job summary

Halter is mapping and updating farm infrastructure with a hands-on, detail-oriented role based at the R&D farm near Morrinsville, NZ. You will work with the support team to action edits and keep maps aligned with real farms.

Occasional visits to our Auckland HQ will deepen product understanding and collaboration with guidance engineers to ensure the right calls are made. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in farming, a can-do attitude, and comfort with learning new tools.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy.
• No prior experience required; strong attitude and willingness to learn.
• Passionate about agriculture and making a difference in farming.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable figuring things out manually.
• Organized and able to work independently, updating stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Edit and update farm maps to reflect real infrastructure and layouts.
• Correlate farmer edits via in-app chats and coordinate with support for details.
• Work on mapping edits with the R&D team at the Morrinsville farm, then periodically at HQ Auckland.
• Communicate progress to support and farming customers to ensure map accuracy.
