Job summary

Programmed Facility Management is seeking an experienced Caretaker to join our Facility Management team in Auckland. You will care for, maintain and develop customer sites, working to approved plans and hours allocated.

Reporting to the Facilities Coordinator, you will perform diverse tasks, coordinate with contractors and conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality across facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Well developed knowledge with the attitude to succeed.
• A related qualification will be highly regarded and a current driver's license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Completing diverse work requests within the time frames given.
• Performing minor repairs.
• Giving direction and working alongside specialist contractors.
• Undertaking regular facility inspections.
