Job summary

ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead the delivery of facilities management at a complex Auckland site.

The role is hands-on, responsible for maintenance programs, contractor performance, compliance, site operations and budgets, while cultivating strong stakeholder relationships. You will use CMMS/CAFM systems, drive safety, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven facilities management experience in a complex operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of building services, maintenance, compliance and HSEQ.
• Experience managing contractors, budgets and service delivery outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CMMS, CAFM or work order management systems.
• Proactive approach to safety, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Experience with GMP, KORE, FSSC, ISO or similar frameworks is advantageous.
• Qualification in facilities management, business, engineering or project management is desirable but proven experience is equally important.

We're seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead the delivery of facilities management services at a complex Auckland site. This hands-on role is responsible for managing maintenance programs, contractor performance, compliance, site operations, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

What we're looking for:

• Proven facilities management experience in a complex operational environment
• Strong knowledge of building services, maintenance, compliance, and HSEQ
• Experience managing contractors, budgets, and service delivery outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Experience using CMMS, CAFM or work order management systems.
• A proactive approach to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

Experience with GMP, KORE, FSSC, ISO or similar compliance frameworks, asset lifecycle planning, capital projects, technical service contracts or mobilisation/transition projects would be advantageous.

A qualification in facilities management, business, engineering, project management or a related discipline is desirable, but proven industry experience and capability are equally important.
