Job summary

DXC Technology in Auckland seeks an experienced Client Success Manager to drive revenue growth and act as the executive point of contact for key accounts. You will coordinate delivery teams, manage client objectives, and ensure contractual commitments are met.

The role requires a senior background in technology service delivery, strong executive communication, and the ability to lead large, diverse teams, optimize costs, and navigate complex projects with government clients preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent senior experience.
• 8+ years in technology service delivery and leadership roles.
• Experience with government clients preferred.
• ITIL Foundations certification preferred.
• Outstanding executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive Single Point of Contact for all account delivery.
• Mobilise and align delivery teams to meet client objectives and contractual commitments.
• Lead resolution of critical incidents and high-risk projects.
• Oversee performance against SLAs, financial targets, and client satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic growth for the account.
• Prepare and deliver executive presentations for key governance forums.
