This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a nationally significant organisation, providing high-level support to a Chief Executive operating in a complex, fast-paced and highly visible environment. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will be a trusted partner, ensuring the Chief Executive is positioned for success through outstanding coordination, anticipation and executive support.
The position More than a traditional executive support role, this position acts as an extension of the CE’s office. You’ll manage the flow of information, priorities, stakeholder engagements and logistics.
You will work closely with senior leaders to proactively identify risks, manage competing priorities and coordinate responses to emerging issues. Success in this role requires exceptional judgement, discretion and the ability to remain calm and effective in a dynamic environment.
