Auckland University of Technology (AUT) invites applications for Exam Invigilators for the 2026/2027 academic year. This hourly paid role supports the integrity of examinations under the University Examinations Office, ensuring exams and Handback/Review Sessions are conducted according to AUT rules.
Ideal candidates are reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work across at least two AUT campuses (City, North or South).
We are now recruiting a limited number of ExamInvigilators for the 2026/2027 academic year.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting the integrity of the examination process at AUT.
As an Exam Invigilator you will be responsible for ensuring that examinations and Handback/Review Sessions are properly conducted in accordance with the AUT Examination Rules and Regulations and under the direction of the University Examinations Office (UEO) or other academic staff. You must be comfortable working independently, following detailed instructions, and contributing positively within a large and diverse team.

Preference will be given to applicants who are available and fully committed to working with the Exam Invigilation team throughout the 2026 academic year and 2027. You must also be available to join us for a short interview and a Compulsory Training Session. Dates to be confirmed following shortlisting.
