Qualifications

• Previous invigilation or teaching/lecturing/administration experience.
• Must be available for both morning and afternoon exam sessions on most weekdays during peak periods.
• Must be able to work across at least two AUT campuses – City, North, or South.
• Must have basic computer skills and be confident using digital tools as required.
• Must have physical fitness to carry exam boxes and stand for extended periods.
• Must be responsible, reliable, and punctual.
• Strong references and a professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure examinations and Handback/Review Sessions are conducted in accordance with AUT rules and regulations.
• Follow detailed instructions and work under the direction of the University Examinations Office or academic staff.
• Support the integrity of the examination process and maintain a quiet, fair testing environment.
