The group manage the planning, development, operation, and maintenance of AUT’s property portfolio valued at$1.9 billion spread over 3 main campuses. From property services to commercial and hospitality operations, security and emergency management, we provide end-to-end solutions that underpin AUT’s mission to enrich lives through technology, learning, and discovery.
We are looking for a well-organised, flexible team member to help schedule timetables for students and staff. Based at our City Campus, the successful applicant will work as part of our small team who are key to the operation of the University. You will need to be able to interpret requirements from staff, apply those to the software and be able to sanity-check the results.
If you are well organised, can manage timelines and thrive in finding solutions to problems, this may be the role for you. You will relate well to a variety of people and be able to manage conflicting requirements in a positive way. There are plenty of opportunities to get out and interact with staff while also concentrating on and working through complex scheduling problems. At the end of the day though, your efforts will have direct results for the staff and students of AUT.
