Job summary

Auckland University of Technology (AUT) is seeking a dedicated Admissions Assessor to join our Student Services team. You will process applications for admission, verify required documents, and apply AUT policies with accuracy and consistency.

Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders is essential. You must be eligible to work in NZ. Start date to be agreed; salary range $62,000–$71,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administration, preferably in a higher education or student services environment.

Bringing together high impact services in student administration, wellbeing and support, governance, systems, and operational delivery, the directorate works collaboratively with academic and professional teams to enable student success and institutional effectiveness. Working in the Admissions Team you will be processing applications for AUT and supporting these students on the start of their journey.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admissions Assessor to join our Admissions team. This role plays a key part in ensuring that applications from prospective and existing students are assessed efficiently and accurately, contributing to the smooth and effective management of our student intake. As an Admissions Assessor, you’ll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks, all while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
