Job summary

Randstad New Zealand in Wellington is seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative to join a diverse, supportive team. This temporary role offers 3-6 months of assignments, an ASAP start, and an evening shift (7 PM–7 AM) with possible weekend work in a central Wellington office.

You will be the first point of contact for technical customer service, troubleshoot issues, log incidents, and support customers by phone.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call centre environment (preferred).
• Previous experience in a customer-focused role (essential).
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Excellent system skills and a confident understanding of technology.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Clear criminal history and credit check.
• NZ residency or citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact, providing technical customer service over the phone.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with customers.
