Job summary

Randstad Digital New Zealand is seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative in Wellington for a 3-6 month temporary contract starting ASAP. The role involves being the first line of contact, providing technical customer service over the phone, and logging incidents.

Evening shifts 7PM-7AM with potential weekend work, 3 weeks of paid training, in a modern central Wellington office. Ideal candidates have call centre experience, strong communication, and solid tech skills, with NZ residency

Our client is seeking customer service representatives with strong communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and a passion for problem-solving!

The Role:

• Position: 1 temporary position available (chance of extension)
• Duration: 3-6 month assignments
• Start date: ASAP
• Hourly rate: $26-$27 per hour + 8% Holiday pay
• Shift: Must be flexible with days and hours throughout the week, this is likely an evening shift. Must be available between the hours of 7PM - 7AM
• They operate 7 days a week. Potential weekend work.
• 3 weeks of paid training
