Job summary

New World Newlands is seeking an Evening Floor Manager to oversee Customer Service, storeroom and all departments in the absence of department managers.

You will lead a team, plan and coordinate the day-to-day running of the relevant sections of the store to achieve the highest possible standards, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth stock control.

The Role:

The primary role of the DutyManager is to plan, lead, communicate, organize and control the day-to-dayrunning of the relevant sections of the store to achieve the highest possiblestandards.

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Ability to lead and supervise a team
• Stocking shelves, working stock in storeroom, keeping stock organized
• Having knowledge about our products and services
• Following the correct Inwards good procedures
• Adhering to Food Safety and Health and Safety policies
• Forklift license or be willing to get one
