Qualifications

• 5+ years in end-user technologies support and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years maintaining Windows-based desktop environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Level 2/3 escalation point for EUC incidents and requests.
• Own incidents through to resolution with ITIL-aligned processes.
• Maintain endpoint management systems, including antivirus, backups, monitoring, and access management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktop, laptop, mobile, printers, and peripherals.
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS and Android environments.
• Collaborate to implement changes and maintain technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and customer experience.
• Manage small technical projects and initiatives.
