We are seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Technician to provide Level 2 and Level 3 support across our customer's End User Computing (EUC) environment. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, resolving complex incidents, maintaining endpoint technologies, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services. Based onsite at our customer location in Manukau, Auckland, you will play a key role in ensuring a reliable and secure end-user experience while working collaboratively across technical teams and stakeholders.
