Kāpiti Coast District Council is seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide day-to-day support and administration for Council applications. You will investigate and resolve incidents, work with vendors and the IT team, and ensure systems remain reliable and secure for the community.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to balance priorities while communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience providing application support in a modern IT environment.

• Experience with incident, problem and change management processes.
