Tauranga City Council is seeking a Senior Application Support Specialist to lead SAP support and ensure business-critical applications stay reliable and well-supported. You will mentor teammates, resolve complex issues and help shape application support practices across Digital Services.
Based in Tauranga, this role offers an opportunity to influence system reliability, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver great outcomes
Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting complex enterprise applications and business-critical systems.
- Strong SAP support experience and knowledge of application integrations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic capability across application environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
- The ability to communicate technical issues clearly and effectively.
- Experience mentoring and supporting team members to build capability and knowledge sharing.
