Contract Consultants Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of CablePrice, is seeking a Fleet & Service Coordinator to oversee day-to-day hire operations in Auckland. You will ensure high customer satisfaction and maximise fleet uptime.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics, or fleet coordination.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage servicing, maintenance, and repairs to maximise fleet uptime.
• Respond to breakdowns and work closely with suppliers and service providers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate fleet, asset, and equipment records.
• Conduct machine inspections and ensure equipment is clean, safe, and fit for hire.
• Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service and timely communication.
• Coordinate machine deliveries, returns, and equipment movements.
• Monitor fleet utilisation and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in line with health, safety, and company procedures.
