ACC New Zealand is seeking a Senior Change Manager to shape how we deliver meaningful outcomes for New Zealanders through large-scale change initiatives. You will partner with leaders and programme teams to design change strategies, drive adoption and build capability across health services, technology and business projects.

You will join ACC's Change Delivery team within Strategy, Engagement & Prevention, contributing to a centre of excellence focused on service design and practical

Competenze

• Significant experience leading change planning and delivery across large, complex programmes and business initiatives.
• Deep expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, impact assessment and change planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
