NZ Commerce Commission is seeking a Change Lead in Wellington on a fixed-term basis through 30 June 2027. You will design and embed an enterprise change framework, create practical tools, templates and guidance, and support major initiatives to ensure sustainable benefits for people and the public.

You will work across diverse initiatives including digital transformation, AI adoption and new ways of working, building capability and enabling leaders and teams to navigate change effectively.

Qualifikationen

• Experience establishing organisational or enterprise change management frameworks.
• Knowledge of recognised methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or similar approaches.
• Ability to provide strategic advice and hands-on support during complex changes.
• Experience enabling digital and operating-model change initiatives across portfolios.

# Change Lead at NZ Commerce Commission, Wellington## Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role**Mō te tūranga | About the role**Do you know how to turn change from something people experience into something they actively support?We're looking for an experienced Change Lead to establish and embed a fit-for-purpose organisational change management framework that will help the Commerce Commission deliver change consistently, effectively and with people at the centre. This Wellington-based fixed-term role runs through to 30 June 2027.This is an exciting opportunity to create something that will have a lasting impact across the organisation. You will design and implement our enterprise change framework, develop practical tools and templates, support strategically important initiatives, and build organisational capability so leaders and teams are better equipped to navigate change.You will work across a diverse portfolio of business and technology initiatives, including digital transformation, AI adoption, organisational change and new ways of working. Your work will help ensure change is successfully adopted, embedded and delivering the intended benefits for our people and the New Zealanders we serve.**He kōrero mōu | About you**You're an experienced change practitioner who can move comfortably between strategic thinking and practical delivery.You know how to build confidence, create clarity and help people navigate uncertainty. Rather than relying on theory alone, you're skilled at translating change methodologies into practical approaches that leaders and project teams can easily apply.You will bring:* Experience establishing organisational or enterprise change management frameworks.* Knowledge of recognised methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or similar approaches.* The ability to provide both strategic advice and hands-on support.* Experience supporting complex organisational, digital or operating model change initiatives.* Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills.* Experience building organisational capability through workshops, coaching, guidance and practical tools.Public sector or regulatory experience would be valuable, but it is not essential.
