Job summary

Aon is seeking a Service Executive in Christchurch, NZ. You will join a collaborative team to deliver excellent client outcomes across the full client journey, acting as the operational glue to keep processes running smoothly.

The role offers multiple Fixed Term Contracts and one Permanent position, with a focus on renewals, data accuracy, invoicing, and close coordination with insurers and internal teams. Aon values wellbeing and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Natural communicator who can tailor to the audience across in-person, phone, or written channels.
• Proactive problem solver with a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-starter able to work with a level of autonomy after getting up to speed.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Competence with common Office products and the ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support client renewals and servicing in line with Aon New Zealand protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations, and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems.
• Follow up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection, and aged debt management.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Service Manager and team to manage workload and ensure service delivery.
