Job summary

Beca Group Limited is seeking a Shareholding Programme Coordinator to support and administer our shareholding and funding schemes. You will act as the main point of contact for shareholders, coordinating annual share offers and managing transactions, funding arrangements, and records.

You will also develop reports and drive continuous improvements to systems and processes, enhancing the shareholder experience across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme coordination, business administration, financial services, or employee benefits administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer Beca's shareholding and share funding schemes.
• Be the trusted contact for shareholders across the business.
• Coordinate annual share offer process and manage shareholder transactions and funding arrangements.
• Maintain shareholding records and documentation; prepare reports and analyses for decision-making.
• Develop and improve systems, processes and digital resources to drive efficiencies and shareholder experience.
