Beca is seeking a Payroll Specialist in New Zealand to manage end-to-end payroll across multiple jurisdictions. You will ensure accurate, timely pay, maintain records, and respond to enquiries with a client-focused mindset.
Leveraging DataPay and payroll reporting tools, you will partner with the People Advice team to deliver compliant, high-quality payroll services while balancing technical accuracy with stakeholder needs.

You will be responsible for ensuring our employees are paid the right amount at the right time, maintaining employee records and working closely with our People Advice team. You will also respond to enquiries promptly, providing accurate advice and managing all queries with sensitivity and care.
You bring 5+ years of experience in end-to-end New Zealand payroll delivery, with a strong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance requirements, and payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions. Recognised as a trusted source of payroll expertise, you stay current with employment-related policies and regulations, proactively expanding your knowledge and sharing insights with others.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, timeliness and exceptional service are paramount. With experience using DataPay and confidence navigating payroll systems and reporting tools, you can effectively manage complex payroll activities while ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality outcomes.
