Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years HR experience with Employee Relations focus.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and dispute resolution.
• Excellent investigative, mediation, and negotiation skills.
• Confidential and professional handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve employee grievances and disputes impartially.
• Conduct workplace investigations into misconduct or policy violations.
• Guide managers and staff on disciplinary procedures and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Labour legislation, including the Labour Relations Act.
• Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and culture.
• Advise on HR policies ensuring fair application.
