Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in corporate hospitality and/or office support.
• High standard of personal presentation and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and deliver first-class customer service.
• Manage Visitor Registration System and front office operations.
• Coordinate room bookings and event setup.
• Escort guests to meeting rooms and liaise with hosts.
• Ensure health and safety compliance for Canon and One NZ.
