Job summary

JB Hi‑Fi Christchurch is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to support customer service and the efficient running of our warehouse. You will maximise profitability and improve operational outcomes by following policies and procedures, with a focus on accuracy in records and orders.

This role requires weekend work and offers opportunities to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail logistics environment, including potential hybrid working arrangements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate record and invoice management.
• Manage fulfilment including delivery, click-and-collect, packing and dispatch.
• Support KPI delivery by using reports to resolve tasks.
• Continue developing skills through available training platforms.
• Contribute to recycling and reducing environmental impact.
