Job summary

JB Hi-Fi NZ is looking for a Warehouse Team Member to support fast-paced store operations and online order fulfilment. You will ensure accurate records, process deliveries and click-and-collect orders, and help the warehouse team hit KPIs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will develop product knowledge through training, improve processes, and support sustainability goals through waste reduction efforts.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring effective record and invoice management
• Managing order fulfilment (delivery & click and collect) in line with procedures, including product pick and pack & dispatch, and same-day delivery where designated
• Contributing to the Warehouse team’s achievement of set performance management requirements (KPIs) using operational reports
• Continuously improving skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and development opportunities
• Contributing to maximising opportunities to recycle waste and reduce environmental impact
