Waka Pacific Trust is seeking an Education Coordinator to support the delivery of our schools and community programmes across three facilities: Wero Whitewater Park, Wero Climb and Due Drop Events Centre.

The role involves hands-on administration, coordinating programme details, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth behind-the-scenes operations. It is 32 hours per week with an hourly rate of NZD 29.00–33.50, based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and coordination experience.
• Experience using a booking system or similar software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage school bookings from enquiry to confirmation and scheduling.
• Act as main point of contact for schools via phone and email.
