Job summary

Waka Pacific Trust in New Zealand is seeking an Education Coordinator to support our schools and community programmes across Wero Whitewater Park, Wero Climb and Due Drop Events Centre. This hands-on role handles bookings, enquiries and programme coordination to ensure smooth delivery.

You will be the primary contact for schools, maintain records, generate reports, and work with Operations Managers to meet programme needs.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Experience in education or youth programmes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage school bookings from enquiry to confirmation.
• Act as main point of contact for schools via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate booking systems and calendars.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to fulfil programme requirements.
• Collect feedback and produce reports for programme improvement.
