Qualifications

• Proven experience as Growth Hacker or similar for rapid e-commerce growth.

• Experience with marketing technology stacks and automation.

You will experiment with new marketing channels, A/B test continuously, and leverage technology to uncover untapped growth opportunities for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of marketing, analytical, and technical skills, with a relentless focus on achieving measurable results and driving exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments across various marketing channels (e.g., social media, SEO, email, partnerships) to identify high-impact growth levers.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to pinpoint areas for optimization and implement data-driven improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue (AARRR metrics).
• Utilize A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies to optimize landing pages, website elements, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives and track their impact.
• Stay abreast of the latest growth hacking techniques, digital marketing trends, and technological advancements.

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in web analytics, A/B testing tools, and data interpretation.
