Job summary

McFall Fuel is seeking a Financial Administrator to join our growing Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Tauranga, New Zealand. You will support the Finance function by ensuring financial information, records, and documentation are accurately maintained and readily available.

You will assist with data entry, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance, while contributing to process improvements and day-to-day administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration, finance support, or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, pitch in, and support the wider team.

Responsibilities
