Job summary

Invercargill SDK ENTERPRISES LIMITED is seeking three Duty Managers for Pizza Hut-Invercargill. This full-time role involves recruiting, training and supervising staff, scheduling labour, ordering supplies and maintaining food quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage stock and financial records, and support marketing and large-function catering while complying with health and safety policies. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading store teams and recruitment processes.
• Experience training new staff and managing induction.
• Strong ability to schedule labour and control stock within budget.
• Customer service excellence and ensuring quality food products.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with recruitment and training.
• Support new staff induction programmes and courses.
• Schedule labour, order supplies and manage day-to-day operations.
• Maintain high quality products and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Keep stock levels and financial records up to date.
• Oversee Shift Supervisors and team members.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and policy adherence.
• Assist in marketing and large function catering.
• Manage budgets, purchasing and pricing within guidelines.
• Support regular staff meetings and store operations.
