Job summary

Pizza Hut Invercargill is hiring three Duty Managers to join our store management team on a full-time basis. You will support recruitment, training and day-to-day operations while ensuring high-quality products and 100% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include labour scheduling, stock control, and assisting with marketing for large functions. A relevant qualification or at least six months in a management role in fast food is required, along with basic computer literacy and a valid

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management experience in fast food or a relevant qualification.
• Strong numerical skills are required.
• Good oral and written communication; basic computer literacy; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager with recruitment, training and store management.
• Monitor staff induction programmes and ensure courses are completed on time.
• Schedule labour, order food and supplies, and develop team members.
• Help deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain stock and financial records.
• Manage Shift Supervisors and Team Members.
• Ensure health and safety codes and company policies are followed.
• Assist in marketing for large catering orders and negotiate deals with customers.
