Job summary

Pizza Hut Invercargill is seeking three full-time Duty Managers to support the store operations in Invercargill, New Zealand. Staff recruitment, training, and supervision will be part of the role, along with labour scheduling and stock control.

Shifts may include weekends, with a minimum of 30–35 hours per week. A background in hospitality or business and a valid driver’s license are required to manage day-to-day operations effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of work experience in a management role within fast food or hospitality.
• Relevant qualification in hospitality or business (2–3+ years).
• Numerical skills, good communication, basic computer literacy, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist store/manager with recruitment, training and store management.
• Assist with new staff induction programmes and ensure courses are completed on time.
• Schedule labour, order food and supplies, and develop team members.
• Serve high-quality products to customers and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Maintain stock records and financial transactions.
