Job summary

Little Creatures Hobsonville is looking for a Full Time Duty Manager to lead shifts, set up and close FOH, and maintain brand standards in a high-volume venue.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will supervise a large team, ensure procedures are followed, and deliver a warm, engaging guest experience. Friday and Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Cocktail, wine and spirits knowledge.
• Must have GM Certificate.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations.
• Experience supervising, motivating and developing a large team.
• Ability to deliver a consistent product and experience within a high-volume environment.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and manage the team on shift.
• Ensure front-of-house setup and close-down procedures.
• Enforce operating procedures and ensure a safe, engaging working environment.
• Deliver a guest experience that reflects the brand.

Little Creatures Brewery is on the lookout for 1 x Full Time Duty Manager to join our fun and collaborative team in Hobsonville! Must have Friday and Saturday availability.

About the Venue:

Little Creatures Hobsonville Village has been proudly delivering remarkable experiences since 2019! About the Position:

Reporting to the Venue Manager, this unique & hands‑on role will see you manage the team on shift, ensuring efficient FOH set‑up and close‑down. You will ensure operating procedures are followed daily while managing a safe and engaging working environment. You will lead shifts and ensure our customers receive an experience that is our brand's essence.

What you will need for day one...

Cocktail, Wine and Spirits Knowledge

Must have a GM Certificate

Knowledge of all hospitality operations

Experience in successfully supervising, motivating and developing a large team

The ability to deliver a consistent product and experience within a high-volume environment.

Flexible availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings and weekends.
