Lone Star Rototuna is on the lookout for a fun and experienced Duty Manager to join our Front of House crew! This gig is available for an immediate start, so if you're in the market for some exciting front‑of‑house roles or bar manager jobs Hamilton‑style, you’re in the right place!

We’re one of the buzzier restaurants in Hamilton, open for dinner every day of the week. We need a capable and friendly leader to guide our team during shifts, keep everyone on track, and create a positive vibe.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Valid LCQ and Duty Manager Certificate
• Availability to work a roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• First Aid Certificate (Beneficial not Essential)
• Strong Communication Skills and the passion to work well as part of a team
• Leadership qualities and a hands‑on attitude

Your Day‑to‑Day

As a Duty Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your role will include cash handling, leading staff to provide amazing service, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining a fun and organised work environment. In short, you'll help us deliver fantastic experiences to our guests!
