Job summary

Little Creatures Hobsonville Village is seeking a Full Time Duty Manager to lead a busy hospitality team on shift, ensuring smooth FOH setup and close-down while upholding high standards and safety. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll motivate a large team and deliver a consistent guest experience in a high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates will have mixology knowledge, a GM Certificate, and broad hospitality operations know-how, plus flexible availability including weekends.

Qualifications

• Cocktail, Wine and Spirits knowledge required.
• Must have a GM Certificate.
• Knowledge of all hospitality operations.
• Experience supervising, motivating and developing a large team.
• Ability to deliver a consistent product and experience in a high-volume environment.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team on shift and oversee FOH set-up and close-down.
• Ensure operating procedures are followed daily and maintain a safe, engaging working environment.
• Lead shifts and ensure customers receive a quality brand experience.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership and coaching to staff during service periods.

Little Creatures Brewery is on the lookout for 1 x Full Time Duty Manager to join our fun and collaborative team in Hobsonville! Must have Friday and Saturday availability.

About the Position:

Reporting to the Venue Manager, this unique & hands‑on role will see you manage the team on shift, ensuring efficient FOH set‑up and close‑down. You will ensure operating procedures are followed daily while managing a safe and engaging working environment. You will lead shifts and ensure our customers receive an experience that is our brand's essence.

What you will need for day one...
