Job summary

Little Creatures Hobsonville Village is seeking a full-time Duty Manager to lead the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth shift execution and a safe, engaging environment. You will oversee FOH setup and close-down, and uphold the brand's guest experience with passion and professionalism.

Ideal candidates will bring cocktail, wine and spirits knowledge, a GM certificate, and the ability to motivate and develop a large team in a high-volume venue. Friday and Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Cocktail, wine and spirits knowledge required.
• GM certificate required.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations and procedures.
• Experience supervising and developing a large team.
• Ability to deliver a consistent product and guest experience in high-volume settings.
• Flexible availability including weekends and various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and manage the team on FOH setup and close-down.

Little Creatures Brewery is on the lookout for 1 x Full Time Duty Manager to join our fun and collaborative team in Hobsonville! Must have Friday and Saturday availability.

About the Position:

Reporting to the Venue Manager, this unique & hands-on role will see you manage the team on shift, ensuring efficient FOH set-up and close-down. You will ensure operating procedures are followed daily while managing a safe and engaging working environment. You will lead shifts and ensure our customers receive an experience that is our brand's essence.

What you will need for day one...

• Cocktail, Wine and Spirits Knowledge
• Must have a GM Certificate
• Knowledge of all hospitality operations
• Experience in successfully supervising, motivating and developing a large team
• The ability to deliver a consistent product and experience within a high-volume environment.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings and weekends.
