Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers, retailers and visitors.

• Assist with centre events, promotions and community activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, security, cleaners and retailers to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or someone early in their career who is looking to gain experience in customer service, retail operations, and centre management. This is a permanent part-time position, primarily working weekends and public holidays, making it ideal for someone studying during the week or working part time at 9-18 Hours per week.

The Value You'll Add

As our Duty Manager, you'll help ensure the centre runs smoothly by:

• Providing exceptional customer service to shoppers, retailers, and visitors.
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.

• Is available to work weekends and public holidays on a regular basis.
• Has customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-facing experience (preferred but not essential).
• Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is organised, reliable, and able to take initiative.
