Colliers at Ormiston Town Centre in Auckland is seeking a friendly Duty Manager to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, primarily weekends and public holidays. You will help ensure the centre runs smoothly, respond to inquiries, and support events and promotions while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or other people-facing roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, reliable and capable of taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers, retailers and visitors.
• Act as first point of contact for customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Support day-to-day operations of the shopping centre during your shift.
• Monitor the centre and respond to operational matters as they arise.
• Assist with centre events, promotions and community activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, security, cleaners and retailers to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
