EVENT Cinemas Chartwell in Hamilton is seeking a Duty Manager to assist in managing day-to-day cinema operations and exceed customer expectations while maximising profits.

You will lead and coach the team, ensure targets are met, role modelling company values, and keep operations running smoothly in the absence of the Cinema General Manager. This role requires leadership experience and the ability to work a 7-day roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays.

Formación

• Previous experience in a leadership role ideally in the retail, food service or hospitality/leisure industry.
• Ability to work on a 7 day rotating roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
• A high level of self-motivation & the ability to get the job done.
• Superior organisational and multi-tasking skills.
• A real passion for our customers and employees.
• At least one year’s Supervisory or Management experience.

As a Duty Manager at EVENT Cinemas Chartwell, you'll assist in managing the day-to-day operation of our cinema to ensure we exceed our customers' expectations whilst maximising our profits.
