Job summary

Briscoe Group Limited is seeking a Duty Manager for Rebel Manukau to lead a high-energy retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role covers running shifts, coaching staff, and ensuring smooth operations within the store.

This permanent part-time position, 28.5 hours per week, includes a dynamic roster and opportunities to grow in a well-known New Zealand brand. You will play a key role in shaping the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Previous Duty Manager experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run shift operations and lead the team on a daily basis.
• Deliver first class customer service and resolve issues.
• Train and coach team members to achieve targets.
• Oversee till operations and pricing accuracy.
• Support online customers by fulfilling orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized department.
• Act as Health & Safety advocate.

Join our dynamic team in Rebel Manukau as a Duty Manager, where your role will focus on team leadership, running shifts, training and coaching team members, and leading the charge on providing an exceptional customer experience. If you flourish in a high-energy, fast-paced atmosphere, where no two days are the same, then this role is for you!

This is a permanent part‑time role of 28.5 hours per week, working the following roster:

Thursday: 2:00pm – 8:30pm
Friday: 8:45am – 5:45pm
Saturday: 8:45am – 6:15pm
