Job summary

Enatel in Ōtautahi Christchurch is seeking a highly organised Document Controller to join the Quality team. Reporting to the Quality & Environment Manager, you will manage controlled documentation, product data and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility across the business.

You will work with Quality, Production, Engineering, Planning and Finance to coordinate document lifecycles, maintain ERP and SharePoint records, support approvals and audits, and drive data quality improvements in a

Qualifications

• 2+ years of document control or quality administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiar with version control, approvals, and records retention.
• Experience with ERP systems, SharePoint and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining controlled documentation within our document management systems
• Coordinating document version control, approvals, reviews and archiving
• Maintaining Bills of Manufacture (BoMs) and product data within our ERP system
• Supporting change control processes and production concessions
• Maintaining QMS and EMS documentation within SharePoint
• Supporting audit activities through accurate records management
• Identifying opportunities to improve document control processes and data quality
