Job summary

Watercare is seeking a Senior Document Controller to secure Auckland’s water infrastructure by owning the document management process from transmittals through approvals. You will report to the Manager – Document Control and play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery.

You will keep the Aconex system humming, maintain registers and standards, drive quality through audits, and collaborate with contractors and consultants to keep everyone aligned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in document control.
• Expertise in Aconex DMS and related systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage document control processes from transmittals through approvals.
• Keep Aconex system humming and provide training/support as needed.
• Maintain registers, enforce standards, and ensure documents are properly filed.
