Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Document Controller within the Infrastructure and Investment Group to establish and maintain a structured document control environment that supports the delivery of large infrastructure projects.

You will work with main contractors, project teams and consultants to ensure documentation is accurate, traceable and compliant, enabling smooth collaboration, audit readiness and alignment with quality and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing and maintaining structured document control environments.
• Ability to train and support users in digital systems.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of document control principles.
• Familiarity with Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its workplace application.
