Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for doctoral candidates, providing specialist advice and support during candidature.
• Coordinate doctoral admissions, supervision matching, scholarships, onboarding and orientation.
• Support milestones, candidature changes, annual reviews, and continuation processes.
• Monitor candidate and supervisor data, ensuring timely management of key processes and deadlines.
• Coordinate examiner nominations and provide support during examination activities.
• Organise workshops, seminars and learning activities to enhance the doctoral experience.
• Contribute to service improvement, governance activities, and stakeholder engagement across the University.
