  • Ensure effective labour planning, volume forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and safeguard the security and integrity of site stock, facilities and assets.
  • Oversee site administration and ensure data is accurate, timely and fit for purpose.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, suppliers and freight and transport teams to resolve operational issues and maximise outcomes.
  • Lead regular safety meetings, investigate incidents and proactively address risks and hazards.
Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results against safety, service, productivity, KPI and financial targets.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety practices, with a genuine commitment to creating a safe workplace.
  • Experience in inventory management, warehouse systems, labour planning and volume forecasting.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement practical solutions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer, operational and cost requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and accountable leadership style.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a high attention to detail.
