Job summary

Customised Deliveries (2013) Ltd in New Zealand seeks a delivery coordinator to be at the centre of operations, coordinating deliveries, communicating with drivers and customers, and making real-time decisions to keep freight moving.

You will plan delivery runs, coordinate drivers and subcontractors, manage customer pickups and delivery requirements, and monitor service levels. You will work closely with warehouse and operations teams to keep communication flowing.

You’ll be at the centre of the operation coordinating deliveries, communicating with drivers and customers, and making real-time decisions to keep freight moving efficiently. This is a critical role within the transport operation where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Planning and allocating delivery runs

• Updating Carton Cloud /TMS and maintaining accurate manifests


• Working closely with warehouse and operations teams


• Keeping communication flowing across the network
